2011 Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellows: Africa 2025 - The Basket Case Scenario

The scenarios were developed using Clem Sunters scenario development tools. The particular instruction for this group was: looking ahead to 2025, develop scenarios around the major external actors that will play a role in Africa. The group decided that environmental policies and foreign trade policies were the two most critical uncertainties and therefore developed a best case/worst case scenario around these.
